A local theatre is raising funds for their renovations and are using their old chairs in a great recycling event.
The Bonham Theatre Project in Fairbury Nebraska has called for artists to pick up chairs and transform them into works of art. Proceeds will be going to purchase newer, more comfortable seats.

It didn’t take much time in the welding shop to put my stamp on it! 😀
Then back in the shop for some modification!
It’s looking a little too ‘new’ for my liking, so with a little help from the rain, I got my chair looking more rustic.
And here’s the view from a slightly higher perspective:
Just a few more finishing touches and this former theatre chair will take on a new life – perhaps in a yard or someone’s ‘man-cave’… More photos coming!

Love the chair & also the refererence to Nebraska’s new branding of the old favorite state slogan.
Thanks! 😀 It just seemed a natural fit.
